STEP 1: Apply a thin bead of remineralizing gel to mouth tray, replace syringe cap.

STEP 2: Place tray in mouth, snugly against your teeth and wear for 5-30 minutes. 

STEP 3: When treatment is complete, rinse mouth and mouth tray with water. Do not brush your teeth for at least 1 hour. Store tray in provided mouth tray case. Repeat process as often as needed.
